Optionally specify the pages to render - all pages are rendered by default.
Examples:
1,6,4 | pages 1, 6, and 4 |
3-7 | pages 3 through 7 inclusive |
1,3,5-9,12-15 | pages 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, and 15 |
The width/height of the resulting image(s) in pixels. By default, the pages are rendered at a DPI of 300. Specifying just one of width/height
will maintain the aspect ratio of the page. Note: If you specify width/height - make sure it is a multiple of 4 or else you’ll see a black border around the resulting image(s).
